Philip Robart (AKA Albert Michael, et. al.): Predator serial romance scammer from NIGERIA. If you are in contact with this scammer, cut it off IMMEDIATELY.

One of the most common scams by fake military personnel is the claim a military member has to "pay" for his/her leave. Leave is a military term for "vacation" and every military member earns 30 days of leave every year. The idea that a military member must "pay" to go on leave is absurd to the ones who know about it, buy to the uninformed, it may just seem possible. Below is a fake leave "bill" sent by a scammer to an unknowing victim:
