At present all he wants to do is chat on Messenger without accepting my Friend Request. I'll keep going on that....

The photo he gives is a fake one and so I have been trying to draw him out.
He maintains he is in Manchester, UK as 'Engineer' and is a 'Native US Citizen'.
His English is very poor and limited.
When I asked about his English he said:

I'm not good in grammar but I'm good in science aspect

Although I don't have his email address the reason I posted him is that he is currently on Facebook and
wanted to record his name here for others.
