This includes every foreign contractors that may have not yet received their contract sum, and people that have had an unfinished transaction or international businesses that failed due to Government problems or irregularities etc. This compensation was also as a result of the effective work of various agencies both within Nigeria and and the international communities. This agencies include the NIGERIAN POLICE, ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL CRIME COMMISSION ( EFCC ) While at the international levels we have agencies like the INTERPOL etc. We found your email in our list and that is why we are contacting you, this has been agreed upon and has been signed by the United Nations Board of Directors and Trustees from the WORLD BANK ASSISTED PROGRAMMED and also by the NIGERIAN government through the governor of the CENTRAL BANK.So this is also to refund your money which has been collected from you illegally by the citizens of this country. And this programme is been carried out to clear or remedy the bad name that these internet scammers has earned this country during this year independence celebration.

Note that you will be required to send every information that will further enhance the investigation of the scam, non execution of contracts by Nigerian contractors, extortion of money, internet scamming, which ever way they have used to collect your money from you illegally. this means that while the process of transferring your compensation fund of 500,000 euro to you through western union money transfer, you will need to send us every document issued to you one time or the other during the time or period of the crime because it will still be required by the ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL CRIME COMMISSION and the various agencies of the UNITED NATIONS for further investigation.
