Scams re-targeting those who have already been victimized

Good Morning to you Dear sir

I am Martin Mbarga Nguele Delegate general for national security
in Cameroon.
We have been informed by Western union cameroon of transfer money
perform by you to a stranger in January 2015.
After several months of investigations, we ran into a band of men
working in a room with laptop under numerous false identities.
Then they move alternately to the confessions and out comes that they
are scammer,and among their victims we found your email address.
So we decided to contact you to keep you informed,because you have to
be repaid and with on-more for scam you have been the victim.
Please confirm that it is you sir Lewis Halliday so that we are going
to proceed with the next step of the reimbursement of 2500£

It's best to delete scam email unanswered - all you have achieved is letting the scammer know that your email address is live, which means that he can sell it on to other scammers and spammers.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
