-1 room apartment with balcony in Augustenstrasse 6, Munich - € 590 - 41 m² is furnished and renovated exactly as in the pictures. Additional costs (hot / cold water, electricity, WiFi, digital TV, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) are included in the rent, you have a parking space.
The rent is 590 EUR / month. The deposit is EUR 1770, - and you will get the deposit back when you leave the apartment (please inform me at least 30 days before departure so that I can find a new tenant). Registration is possible on request.

I'm not in Germany, so I decided to rent via Airbnb, I am a serious person and will attach a picture with me and my ID. The apartment is insured 24 hours a day and everything will be repaired immediately. We have a normal lease according to German rules signed when the apartment is handed over. There are no additional costs for you.
Airbnb guarantees both a 100% secure transaction. I'm not here to take the transaction personally, I travel a lot.
This is how the platform works:
- The reservation takes place via the platform
- After confirming the transaction, send a deposit to Airbnb, make an agent and inspect the apartment
- Approve apartment, sign contract and move
If you do not rent the apartment, your money will be refunded within 24 hours
