The Secretary General of the UN is now authorising compensation payments? NO HE IS NOT!
The real First Inland Bank has it's own domain, therefore, all it's officials use a xxx @ firstinlandbankplc.net address & not Hotmail, Earthlink or any other free webmail address & uses a fixed landline telephone (the phone number quoted is a mobile phone number).
The English is very poor (I am sure Mr. Secretary has staff that use correct grammar & spelling). It could, however, deceive someone who does not have English as their first language.
