Interestingly the company name Zenilk Co. Ltd and telephone number 23797184878 are reported here

http://www.fraudwatchers.org/forums/showthread.php?t=4808&page=7

as being used in connection with puppy scams.

One problem is that many species of seahorse are protected under CITES regulations. There's no point buying anything if there's a risk it may be seized by Customs.

Seahorses are an endangered species and their trade is prohibited under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (Cites)

If you're planning to import an illegal animal product you are very vulnerable to getting scammed and, even if you aren't scammed, it's highly likely that you will never receive what you pay for.

We don't exist to help anyone planning to do something that is illegal.

The problem is that most people who claim to offer banned substances are just scammers planning to steal your money. Anyone wanting to buy is an easy target. There isn't much competition and there is little no chance of them ever being prosecuted.

Cameroon is a very common source of many scams, particularly those involving pets, and food and mineral products.
