Following on from the recent massive data breach at the major UK internet service provider 'Talk Talk'.

Couple who lost £8,000 savings after impostor pretending to be TalkTalk employee hacked their bank account

Barbara and Harold Manley were contacted by a bogus TalkTalk employee

The scam artist told the elderly couple they were in line for a £200 refund

Mrs Manley told the bogus employee that she had been overpaid

Later the criminals cleaned out the pensioners' bank account of £8,000
