Admin Note: This post was reconstructed from the Google cache of the original post as the poster did not have the courage to stand by their claims and allowed themselves to be coerced into removing it by the scammer.

3 Hearts Kittens in Ft Worth, Texas is a scam. They required a $500 deposit then they decided not to give me my kitten and kept my deposit. Heartbreaking!
Becky Hernandez and her mother Michelle are con artists.

Admin note: This post was made by the dumb scammer in an attempt to avoid losing victims. We are leaving it here to show how far these disgusting creatures will go to steal from their victims.

This is the owner of 3hearts kittens. The original did receive her kitten and has changed her original post. We are a legitimate place. I would appreciate if you would delete these postings since there is no problems or disagreement. Thank you

There is no doubt that this is a scam. The scammer coerced or blackmailed the original poster into removing their post.

The original free website 3heartskittens.wixsite.com has now been removed by WIX, they only do that if they identify a scam.

Another email address used by these scammers - [email protected]. Why would someone claiming to be called "Becky" be using an email address in the name of "Rudy"? They wouldn't, it's just another one of the scammer's fake identities.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

From the cached version of the fake website

Our mission is to share the breed! After owning our first exotic a blue point male in 2012 we fell in love with the breed and decided the world needs more of them. So we purchased a female and started our dream. We call them our “Adam and Eve” of our Cattery. We strive to produce healthy sweet babies that will become wonderful family pets. Exotics have such sweet personalities they love everyone and they always look as though they are smiling. We produce color points, blacks, calicos and reds. Contact us for your next fur baby! Well I'm afraid there is a problem.

Your offering cats for sale and offer shipping in your contract . You need to be registered with USDA in order to ship pets . There is no registration for a 3hearts kittens with the USDA.

Additionally you are not a registered business in the state of Texas

Looks like Rudy aka Becky made a quick stop by yelp to post a fake testimonial .

The scammers have now hidden their website in a sub-folder of the original domain - https://3heartskittens.wixsite.com/3heartskittens

And how interesting that the fake Yelp testimonial was by someone called Rudy (who signed up on Yelp today just to post that testimonial), the same name used in dumb scammer "Becky" email address.

USDA Issues Rule to Regulate Online Pet Retailers
September 16, 2013

By: Governmental Relations Division staff

On Sept. 10, the U.S. Department of Agriculture released its long-awaited rule that revises the definition of a “retail pet store” under the Animal Welfare Act (AWA) to include breeders who sell their pets online. The new rule, which will take effect in 60 days, aims to provide better oversight of the living conditions in which animals are bred in order to better ensure their health and welfare.
