I have 2 new names/emails to add to this forum. I had almost fallen for this first scam if it wasn't for my fiance point out the red flags and the second one I noticed them immediately. The first scammer contacted me by a text only number as did the second one. Here are their information.

1. Name: Kristina Will
Text Only Number: 470-673-8582
Email: [email protected]

2. Name: Lexis Brown
Text Only Number: 424-234-7510
Email: [email protected]

Both scams had to do with the kids being in wheelchairs too.
P.S. Also they both found my number on care.com so be careful on that website! It's a great website I have gotten legit jobs off of there, but scammers are everywhere right now! BE CAREFUL!!!! :D :

Good morning xxxxxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for your quick response, I am happy to read from you. I am a
single mother of one, my son's name is Kelvin,
he is 5 years old respectively. I attended Texas School for the Deaf
where I achieved my highest qualification. I have my own business
(Self Employed), I work based on the development and counseling of the
deaf people in the community.
I attend the catholic. We are in the process of relocating to your
area, I'm hard in hearing and can only communicate via writing,
reading lips or text messaging. I hope that isn`t a problem?
I`m easy going, love to laugh and fun to be with.
I am moving to your area in few weeks, I want a nanny who is willing
to be a friend and family. Please note that i have another applicant
for this position but i made you our first choice so i won't
appreciate a waste of time. I will need a honest and responsible
caregiver immediately between the hours of 2pm through 7pm Monday to
Saturday.
More importantly, Kelvin is currently placed on a wheelchair due to an
accident he had some months ago. He can walk a few distance though but
the specialist advised he uses the wheelchair for a while and I am
planning on getting him a powered wheelchair and have contacted a
seller.
You will care for him starting 20th of July. I will appreciate if you
can tell me few things about yourself and maybe attach one or two
pictures of you.
Below are your duties:

Cooking for the kid
Caring for the Kid
Cleaning the kid

This could be a temporary/permanent job. It depends on what your
schedule and service looks like but I do like to be sure if you are
available the first month. The care could be in your place or our.
I made some research on the wages for your service and I have decided
to start with $25 per hour and as time goes,
we can negotiate on a new pay as my son get along with you.
I want to inform you that I have a seminar I will be attending to as
soon as I arrive and will be having an interview section with you
immediately I arrived with my son.
Also I will like to include your pay to our payroll for the period
just to have you booked down and secure for my son.
I will be needing the following information below to issue out the
check to you. And i need your direct mobile number so i can text you
incase I need to pass an urgent information:

Name:
Address:
City:
State:
Zip Code:
Phone #:
One photo:

I will keep you posted with details about house address and more in
the next email .

Regards,
Kristina Will.

Hello xxxxx,
Indications from your information and interest show and convince me
that you are up to the task for caring for my son and i remain happy
that you care. You would care for him starting on 20th July.
I will like to inform you that i will be lodged at (Hilton Garden Inn,
291 Old Gate Ln, Milford, CT 06460) for the first week,so as to look
for house.
I will like to know if we can meet at the hotel restaurant, by 6.00PM
on 19th of July if that works for you?
Be informed that you would be in receipt of the upfront payment for
your first week service so as to give you enough time to prepare for
our coming and to have you committed to the job.
Also note, I will add extra payment along with your upfront paycheck,
for Kelvin's wheelchair, few clothes, and other sundry materials for
his comfort.
Hence, all you need to do upon the receipt of the payment is deduct
the money accrued to you, I want to pay you $400 upfront, (i.e payment
for your services) and you will forward the remaining funds to the
seller who would be supplying you with Kelvin's items immediately
prior our arrival.
I would provide you with the seller details when the paycheck is
mailed to you by next week, so as to have the money sent for the
immediate release of the items.
I hope all is clear as I anticipate the best care ever for my son. I
will be providing all comfort for you and Kelvin so as to make him
feel at home even while I am around or not.
Looking forward to meeting you and your family.

Kristina Will.

Thanks for replying. My name is Lexis Brown. I'm from New York and i presently live in California with my son Mike but i`m moving to your area on 6th of August and i will need a nanny for him asap. His name is Mike, he's 4 years old and the schedule time would be from 9am to 4pm Saturdays and Sundays only. This could be a long term or short time position it depends on how your schedule is but its fine to start temporary. Some weekdays are also flexible if you are available but we may need to discuss that in person. I`m willing to pay $18/hour. I believe its a great pay and i`m paying that much because i want quality care for my Son. The start date is 8th of August

I lost my husband and a year 4 months old baby in January. It was my late husband`s birthday and he decided to take the kids out while i was still at work. Mike happens to be the only survival from the accident but He currently uses a wheelchair. I have had terrible times in the last few months and this is one of the reasons i have decided to move because staying here brings back some sad memories. Kindly be honest if you have experience with childcare because i want the best care for Mike. I`m hard of hearing and can only communicate via writing, reading lips or text messaging. I hope that isn't a problem? I`m easy going and love to laugh.I can send you a picture of me and Mike in my next email.

It will be nice to read about you. I want a nanny who is willing to be a friend and family and also note that i have a few applicants for this position but i made you our first choice so i wouldn't appreciate a waste of time. Make sure you include your complete Name, Address including Zip code and cell phone number in your next response so i could check the map to read the distance between us also to have your address on file. You may ask questions in case you have any. I await your quick response.

Thank you!

This is from the second scammer Lexis Brown.
