I found a 14 week old english bulldog for free but the catch was... $250 for shipping on the website localmartca.com. They seemed very nice an gave us a sabby story that there daughter was in the hospital with cancer and they moved to toronto and couldn't take there dog cause they weren't allowed to have them where they moved. They wanted us to pay $250 for the crate and delivery of the dog threw money gram but not to tell them the money was for a dog but to say it was for a close relative so it would be "cheaper".. The shipping company was called Uship but they emailled all the "info" to us but it full of red alerts. We first noticed their number on the ad we found to first contact them was from Chicago Illinois. The email they use was [email protected]. We tried to get them to pay and we would pay them back after we received the dog but they did not respond. Also they wanted us to pay with other methods other than credit.
The "manger" from the "delivery agency" called (((302)(455)(8555) from Newark, DE)) us and we told them we weren't interested in there scam and would like to share our bad experience looking for a pup online.

Yes - it is a scam, there is no puppy.

Don't by a pet you can't see in real life. No legitimate business would demand payment through money gram in that way. This is a scam to get you to pay fees for the crate, later it will be fees for something else ... they will keep going until they've taken all your money.

Cease all communications with them and I recommend buying or donating a pet locally.
