Allthough Mrs. Günther has been announced in the German press and is widely renownd for her activities in the web, I thought it could not hurt to use this platfrom to spread the (bad) news about her activities.
People who registered aparently gratis at sites like "www.iqfieber.de" will now be sued to pay a fee.
As the image shows, the announcement of the costs was hidden on purpose
Now I received a "Anwaltliche Mahnung / AZ 796205" dunning letter with this nice linky attached: http://anonymouse.org/cgi-bin/anon-www.cgi/http://www.strafrechtguenther.de/?dc=5m732811ue6kuz34ndca.*)

If you received such a dunning letter, AFAIK it is save to ignore it, as no German court would decide in favor of Mrs. Günther. But perhaps there are some lawyers here, who can give a better expertise
