Joe Harmoka operated on a site called TradeKey.co. He claims to have an office in Roseville, California but his bank in located in West Palm Beach, Florida where his IP address has been tracked to as well.
We wired him $11,131.35 for the purchase of 11 Apple laptop computers on September 22, 2008. He repeatedly made the most lame and unbelievable excuses as to why our computers were not being delivered and to this day is still making excuses and threatening slander lawsuits against us for telling others our story. The man is one of the most obnoxious individuals I have ever met and totally illiterate on top of it. We recently found that he has scammed others and we have recently contacted another victim in Illinois. He truly believes he is above the law and has even challenged law enforcement to come pick him up. He is still running ads and attempting to collect large sums of money on free classified websites all over thge internet.
He claims he would deliver our products and has claimed he is going to refund our money and even has tried to convince us that he has a legal department and partners like he is some major distributor. He has also posted on other sites under many assumed names stating that they are customers of his and that he is the greatest guy on earth but when checked out all the posts were coming from the same IP address.
We currently have 3 police departments in 3 different countie and 2 states tracking down this scumbag for grand theft and hopefully he will be stopped very soon.
