POSITION: Assistant manager
Job Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to English speaking customer (largely from North America and Europe) through live chat, e-mail, and phone;
Follow standard operating procedures and quality assurance processes;
Present solid knowledge of our products and services to existing and potential customers;
Escalate customer inquiries and / or problems when required;
Create and optimize the template & canned response.
Requirements:
Above one year working experience in customer service area;know how to work with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets have a high attention to detail and a strong work ethic are interested in startups want to learn about bitcoin and innovative financial services.
Convenient working hours, 9 am to 6 pm
Salary of $ 150-250 per day during the trial period.
