Personal Virtual Assistant, Part Time

Brief description
Personal assistant position is a combination of a virtual assistant and a personal assistant in your locality. You will be assisting customer on any matter remotely, and providing assistance if customer(s) visit your area as well.
- Make all pre-arrangements for our customers and provide assistance with any request during stay
- Make all arrangements over the Internet / phone (Work from home, 2-3 hours a day).
Most of projects will need to be completed in 48-72 hours upon assignment. Some projects will need to be completed during US business hours and others can be completed during non-US business hours. That will be clearly instructed at assignment of task.

Requirements
- Able to think quickly and adapt to change
- Good written and communication skills (English)
- Strong minded with great communication skills
- Possess fluent knowledge of the city and geography of surrounding areas. Knowledge of the restaurants, amenities, clubs and tourism industries to provide to hotel guests.
- Ability to anticipate needs of client. Proven experience in a customer service role is also required, having demonstrated excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills.
- Age 21-60 years (male/female)
- Internet access, email, phone
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) or alternative software.

Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing and research
- Research for projects as needed using the Internet (ex: – Find top 3 money managers that have written books with contact phone numbers and addresses)
- Shopping and acquisitions, assist with corporate gifting (includes providing thoughtful ideas, locating and purchasing, wrapping and delivering as needed)
- Arrangements for VIP or out-of-town guests (includes ideas, research, scheduling and booking, communication and follow-up as needed)
- Entertainment arrangements (includes ideas, research, scheduling and booking, communication and follow-up as needed) (see also Event Planning)

- $33,000 Annual Salary + Bonuses from customers
