The Customer Service Representative will report to Department Manager of Customer Service in our organization. Highlighted areas of responsibility will be: Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customer requests, processing customer requests and responding to organizational related services and memberships professionally, along with superior ethical standards in service, and a passion for overall excellence.

The the work is home-based, since it's only recently, that we have started to expand into Canada, therefore we have no well-functioning infrastructure yet. However, we can asure you, that our expansion plans include opening new offices in you region, and you will have possibility of advancement and growth.

Customer Service Officer's main task is to communicate with company's Canadian customers, helping them to process their financial transactions. To cope with the task, you will have to carry out instructions from Office Coordinator as soon as possible, check your e-mail several times a day and answer your phone at a predetermined time.

You should have your local bank branch locating near you, so you can withdraw money from your account within several hours. You should have home, work or cell phone number (preferably). Instructions will be received from our office coordinator.

You should maintain an account (acounts) in banks for acceptance of money from our clients and open your personal bank accounts on office operator’s demand for the needs of our company.
