It's a scam - the email was sent BCC to many people. A legitimate company would not do that.

The site is in the top-level domain of Saint Lucia (a Caribbean island), the email was written by a West African, a questionnaire is not an interview, and there is no Turkish on the website except the date (which is wrong) and the address. The site is fake and is in the process of being reported for fraud.
