The parent company of International Cruise Lines is a properly registered long standing UK company, though I would point out that it's nature of business is publishing and that it's not a large business. This doesn't mean that there's anything wrong with it, but don't allow ourself to believe it's a major corporation. It's far from that.

Also do not expect too much from them. They clearly state what their service is and you aren't guaranteed a job.

They're being quite honest about what they do, and if it's what you need that's fair enough, but they won't find you a job. They're helping you to find one, and that's all, and you have to pay a registration fee up front. There is nothing wrong with that but don't expect that you'll get a job by paying the fee. The fee is just for the information and guidance they provide.

There is nothing to suggest that International Cruise Services is a scam, but it's up to you not to misunderstand what it is they offer. If the help and information they offer is useful to you then it could be worthwhile, but they aren't offering or promising you a job.
