JOB TITLE/UNIT:
Position: ENGLISH TEACHER
SALARY INDICATION
You will be eligible to receive 4, 500 Euro (Four Thousand Five Hundred EURO) –Basic (After tax) Monthly. Salary can be transferred to any Bank designated by you in Turkey or abroad.
ANNUAL LEAVE
You will be entitled to 30 (thirty) working days leave per annum. Leave must be taken at such time or times as are convenient to the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation. Leave not taken when it is due, otherwise the insistence of the management, may/not be accumulated.
BENEFITS/ACCOMODATION
All Employees are expected to reside at the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation Staff quarters which are three bed room flat for family status and one bed room flat for single status already furnished. IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation will provide Car for employees to use during contract.
MEDICAL BENEFITS
IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation provides free medical assistance to employee for the term of contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family.
OFFICE ASSETS TO BE PROVIDED BY EMPLOYER
COMPUTER RESOURCES:
Laptop Computer, 1.6 GHz Processor, 256 MB RAM, 24XCD-RW, 30GB Hard Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Internal 56K Modem, Spare Battery and Necessary Software. Full time Internet access is also made available.
Phones:
Employer will provide each employee with one (1) landline and one (1) mobile telephone. This shall have a reasonable credit limit application per month.
SAFETY & SECURITY
Safety and security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations.
All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment.
All expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety courses on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.
PROBATION
It is understood and agreed that the first ninety days of employment shall constitute a probationary period during which period the Employer may, in its absolute discretion, terminate the Employee's employment, for any reason without notice or cause.
HOURS OF WORK
Your normal working hours are from 08h30 to 17h00 from Monday to Fridays.
JOB CONTRACT DURATION
Two years, renewable / permanent staff.
Performance Reviews
The Employee will be provided with a written performance appraisal at least once per year and said appraisal will be reviewed at which time all aspects of the assessment can be fully discussed.
Termination
(a) The Employee may at any time terminate this agreement and his employment by giving not less than two weeks written notice to the Employer.
(b) The Employer may terminate this Agreement and the Employee’s employment at any time, without notice or payment in lieu of notice, for sufficient cause.
(c) The Employer may terminate the employment of the Employee at any time without the requirement to show sufficient cause pursuant to above, provided the Employer pays to the Employee an amount as required by the Employment Standards Act 2000 or other such legislation as may be in effect at the time of termination. This payment shall constitute the employees entire entitlement arising from said termination.
(d) The employee agrees to return any property of IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation at the time of termination.
Entire Agreement
This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties, superseding in all respects any and all prior oral or written agreements or understandings pertaining to the employment of the Employee by the Employer and shall be amended or modified only by written instrument signed by both of the parties hereto.
Severability
The parties hereto agree that in the event any article or part thereof of this agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid then said article or part shall be struck and all remaining provision shall remain in full force and effect.
JOB COMMENCEMENT/ LOCATION
The work Location will be within the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation. Further details included in your hard copy. You are to report immediately to the HR Manager upon arrival to conclude prospects of screening and other logistics.
RESUMPTION DATE: 27th January 2017 (Could be extended on application)
NON-TURKISH RESIDENTS:
Note: Turkish are not issuing work permit visa easily because of terrorist and criminal act in the world today. For the reason of that we have made a contract bond with legal representative who will procure your work permit visa and registration of your labor card to the ministry of work and other necessary travel documents which you will obtain. The management will only shoulder for your work permit visa expenses and regarding the legal documents from the Turkish high court which the legal representative will also procure on your behalf Employment Authorization Document (EAD) for support of entire registered issued as a foreign employee coming to work with us which we believe that they will screen all your documents before accepting your approval. It is our official policy that our employees must pay relevant fees to the concern authorities for the commencement of employee documents to job location here in turkey, as a proof of treadiness to join our team, they have to contact THE LEGAL REPRESETATIVE
.
The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses
DOCUMENTS PROCESSING WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT VISA EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION DOCUMENT (EAD)
The Employee is requested to contact the below office who shall be responsible for the processing of employee Valid Turkish Work Permit Visa and employment authorization documents then should forward it to the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation for Verification and authenticity confirmation.
Hence any expenses incurred during this process shall be refunded to the candidate after 5 working days of concluding all Immigration arrangement.
You are required to communicate with the legal representative, TEKAKPINAR AND TEKAKPINAR LAW
to assist you to obtain all relevant documents to enable you obtain Turkish Visa Work Permit without delay or refusal.
