Was it the same company and contact information?

If you haven't done any tasks, accepted packages or checks or anything for them yet, then just stop communication with them and ignore any further emails.

The packages that you have sent out have been paid for fraudulently. When the merchants realise that they have been scammed, the only details they will have will be your name and address, so it is those that they will pass to the authorities.

You need to be pro-active and contact your local authorities to report that you have been the victim of a re-shipping scam and now understand that you have been re-shipping packages that were fraudulently paid for.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

You are much more likely to be in trouble if you don't contact the police. Print out the emails and shipping labels and take them to the police. Explain that you are a victim of a reshipping scam and didn't know what it was until now. The shipping labels will tell them where you sent the packages to, so that they can go after them (if they get enough evidence to mount an international case).

Also post the emails here. They will help us kill the site.

1) Break off ALL contact with the scammer - act dead.

2) Do not forward any more packages, any you have keep safe for collection later.

3) Do not accept delivery of any more packages

4) Keep all emails and any other documentation you have.

5) Make a complaint to IC3 (in the US) at https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
or in the UK at http://www.actionfraud.police.uk

6) You are a victim of this fraud - remember that, but you must report it to the authorities before they come to you.
