My brother received below email with attached document offering employment.

Kindly check if this is a scam or not?

It's a scam, legitimate companies do not use free email addresses.

There is no job, the scammer just wants you to pay fees to him for non-existent travel documents.

Please advise, what can my brother do now as he already submitted complete details including ID, completed questionnaire, CV, and his personal details.

Please assist.

If he's given them a copy of his ID, he can go to the authority that issues those in your country and report his ID as stolen so that they can issue a new one with a new number.

Unfortunately, now that they have his information, he will receive more emails. Tell him to delete and ignore any further emails.
