This Agreement is governed by the Expatriate Statuary Laws of UAE.
Once we confirm your Work and Residence permit through EXCELLENTWAY TRAVEL AND TOURS LLC, which stipulates that you are ready to join the team, we will reimburse all your traveling expenses which you spend in the procurement of your UAE Residence/Work Permit Papers. Your expenses will be reimburse back to you together with your first two Month upfront salary.
Always update us with the process between you and the Travel Agency in case of advice where necessary, and ensure you provide them all requirements quickly for the fastest process from their office, this will enable you to meet the team before the deadline.
Also remember that any expense you make for the processing of your UAE Residence/Work Permit Papers shall be refunded back to you immediately you submit your expenses report/receipt to us via Email.
Meanwhile, there will be a Mandatory Orientation/Training Exercise for all Newly Employed Staff which will take place within the Premises of AL ZAHRA HOSPITAL- UAE,
and this Program will start 7 days on arrival for work sign-on.
