Our company helps our clients. We opened an open position of a Personal virtual assistant. Maybe be considered as a part-time or a fulltime offer. Official Duties:
• Everyday online monitoring of operating client requests and open projects
• Gift purchase assistance for instance assist to select and buy Christmas gifts
• appointments and conference call scheduling. Example: arranging a meeting with business partners.
• Online research - for instance,look for accommodation, vacation facilities, hotels, car rentals or tickets.
• Counseling for customers regarding selection of an optimal online requests and tasks delivery of complete internet research and other inquiries pertaining to client requests and projects.
• Customer contacts: clarification of advantages, terms of service, provision of comprehensive information regarding the list of services. Counseling of customers is conducted remotely: via email or other online services.
Conditions of Work:
Candidates are free to select the most preferable work status.
Part time, fex.schedule:
* In-office work available for New York City residents
* Work at home, 2-3 hour /day
All candidates have to qualify the testing time of One month. You are paid. During the trial period, a candidate works on a part-time employment with flextime. You will be offered a full-time occupation after you finish the qualifying period.
