I have a feeling with the "bank account details" and "accepting money", maybe this is a money mule or equivalent scam? Any help would be appreciated.

What email address is being used and what domain did you do the WhoIs on?

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

It's a scam.

The company Arran 20 Ltd does exist in the UK, but it is a small property related company and definitely not the type that would be offering the services that the fake website claims or probably paying someone £40,000+ a year..

Also, the website gives an address in the US, yet the domain is registered to someone claiming to be in Germany.

The best thing for your mother to do would be to delete the mails and block the scammer. Don't make excuses for not taking the job, just disappear and leave them wondering what went wrong.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
