The Government of the French Republic makes available to UNESCO for the
academic year 2018-2019, seventy-five (75) scholarships for graduate
studies, university and postgraduate levels. These fellowships are for
developing Member States in Africa, Asia Pacific, Latin America and the
Caribbean, some Arab and European States.
These scholarships awarded for one academic year are intended for
students wishing to pursue higher studies in France in selected
universities. They must study or conduct their research in French
independently with a pedagogical follow-up periodically provided by a
designated professor. At his request, the fellow may carry out a work
that will be proposed to him by the unesco committee in parallel with
his studies.
A pre-selection form has been designed in PDF format and made available
to all candidates to create the online application form. Please make a
request for this form by sending a letter of reference mentioning your
country of origin to the French State Secretariat for Education at:
