We have received a copy of your signed Home Rental Agreement and it has been forwarded to the management of the housing
scheme for prompt action. We want to inform you that the Housing Scheme has started with the
processing and allocation exercise of your accommodation. You will be allocated your preferred
choice of TWO (2) BEDROOM FLAT; here at the Housing Quarters. Please note that the Security
deposit must be made ASAP via the means we shall provide to you in this email.
Management wants your accommodation allocation and registration to be completed ASAP. This is
because the tenancy certificate that will be issued at the end of the accommodation allocation and
registration process will be used for the processing of vital documents such as (WRS and NINO,
Bank documents and Financial Statements). Therefore we seek your immediate response and
compliance.
ALLOCATED ACCOMMODATION:
TWO (2) BEDROOM FLAT - £450 Per Calendar Month
2 Bedroom, Modern Fitted Kitchen, Dining Room, Tiled Bathroom, Electric Shower
As clearly stated in the Home Rental Agreement, "in accordance with the Housing Scheme' terms
and conditions; you are required to make an upfront payment of £660 only as Security deposit with an
additional £55 for the registration and processing fees of your accommodation. This means that you
are required to make a total payment of the sum of £715 (Seven hundred and fifteen Pounds) only or
its equivalent in USD.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTION FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT AND ACCOMMODATION PROCESSING
FEE:
Due to the unpredictable nature of banking operations in your region, the management of the housing
scheme has unanimously reached an agreement that payment for the aforementioned fee should be
made immediately via Money Gram wire transfer. .
You are hereby directed to make a deposit of £715 (Seven hundred and fifteen Pounds) only via
Money Gram. All you have to do is walk into any Standard Bank branch (SBSA) around you, pick up
a Money Gram wire transfer form and fill appropriately. Payment should be made immediately in
favour of the Housing Scheme Accountant, Alex Mathonsi with the information below (Accountant
name and Address of the housing scheme):

Please help me I'm not sure about this they sent me copy of employment contract and landlord contract than they insist that I must make this payment so that I can get all necessary documents including fight ticket

Dear Employee (xxx),

It is a pleasure to inform you that the Housing Scheme have commenced with the allocation, registration and processing exercise of your accommodation here at the Staff Quarters and management would like for this process to be completed in the next couple of days.

Attached to this email is the Housing Scheme Home Rental Agreement. You are to carefully review the Home Rental Agreement after which you are required to sign the section provided for you if you find the terms and conditions stated therein favourable. After signing the Home Rental Agreement, do send the scanned copy to us via email attachment.

The rent for your preferred choice of accommodation; TWO (2) Bedroom is £450 Per Calendar Month. Be reminded that for a period of 12 months, management will be paying your rent. However upon completion of your first 12 months with Four Pharmaceuticals Ltd, you will be making the rent payment on your own should you decide to continue residing within the housing quarters,.

In accordance with the Housing Scheme' terms and conditions, you are required to make an upfront deposit of £660 (Six hundred and sixty Pounds) as rental deposit (security deposit) and an additional £55 for the registration and processing fee for your accommodation. This is the policy of the housing scheme and most landlords in the UK, as a security deposit must be paid before an apartment is rented.

Please note that the security deposit is refundable. If after one year of living in the apartment nothing is damaged by the tenant, the Landlord is under obligation as stipulated by the UK tenancy deposit protection scheme, to return this deposit in full to the tenant. This effectively means you are required to make a deposit of the total sum of £715 (Seven hundred and fifteen Pounds) only for the security deposit, registration and processing fees of your accommodation. Please read attached contract for more information.

As soon as we receive the scanned copies of your signed Home Rental Agreement, the Housing Scheme shall conclude all formal arrangements as regard the allocation, registration and processing exercise of your accommodation and also provide you with the mode of payment for the £715. Thereafter, your flight ticket shall be booked according to your request, bank documentations and financial statements will be approved and all other recruitment proceedings will be completed before we send all documents which include hard copies of contract and sponsorship letter, flight ticket, tenancy certificate, bank documents, approved immigration documents and other supportive documents through the Immigration consultant to you.

Once you have received your documents, the immigration consultant will then book an appointment for you at the British embassy in your country for your Visa to be issued.

If it came from a different email address then please post it and we can tell you if it is a scam or not.

The domain fourpharmaceutical.com was registered a couple of days ago and is fake, so this is a scam. There is no job, the scammer just wants to steal from you.
