JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment for overdue accounts, acts as the liaison between creditors and customers and collect overdue accounts.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect payments on past due accounts.
Call customers using telephone and send email to request for payment due to our company.
Inform clients of overdue accounts and amount currently owed.
