I got this email below just 3 days ago with 5 attached docs from UNCRD after 2 years of periodic recruitment process. Kindly advice.

As you will see in your employment letter, a mandatory one month CRD Orientation and training is scheduled to hold in New York, USA and Employees are expected to attend. Therefore you are advised to contact [email protected] immediately on information/details regarding travel and preparation arrangements.
We recommend that travel arrangements and plans for this training exercise be made ONLY by CRD Agents. The original copy of your employment letter will be sent to you via courier alongside your travel documents ONLY AFTER all necessary obligations and requirements have been met by you and your travel itinerary put in place by our Agent.
Stated below are the specified dates for the up-coming training exercise in each respective months. Employees are expected to make their choice of the training batch most convenient for them to attend.
The training dates for September batch are as follows;
9th September 2019: Arrival date in New York, USA and hotel check-in
10th September 2019: Training commences in New York, USA.
30th September 2019: Training Ends.
The training dates for October batch are as follows;
7th October 2019: Arrival date in New York, USA and hotel check-in
8th October 2019: Training commences in New York, USA.
28th October 2019: Training Ends.
The training dates for November batch are as follows;
4th November 2019: Arrival date in New York, USA and hotel check-in
5th November 2019: Training commences in New York, USA.
25th November 2019: Training Ends.
