Pretty typical example of how 419 scammers happily undermine development programmes that the West sets up to aid their part of the world.

Their standard justification of scamming can't apply as the ones most likely to suffer are the beneficiaries of aid, and remarkably this scam was tried on Nigerians back in 2007. :shock:

I got the same mail. Better ignore it. It's a big scam by fellow Naija yahoo yahoo boys.

The programme is a non Governmental and with Diplomatic Coverage and attached Immunity. Once you've supplied details there'll be fees to pay. It seems the writer has tried to widen the appeal of the scam by stating that applicants can work in virtually any part of the world, as he must feel that many people wouldn't want to work in West Africa, but that makes the whole scam totally implausible.
