Company Representative scams, Payment Processing scams and other Employment scams.

This scam is designed to appeal to those who need a part time job, they will have you cash cheques for them and forward money by Western Union to them, this is a particularly nasty scam that can not only leave you out of pocket many thousands of dollars (pounds) but can also land you in jail

Never ever cash a check for anybody and especially somebody you have met online

At this stage I am unsure if the email address has been spoofed to make them appear to be from a real company with website or if they have set themselves up with a fake site, I am leaning towards the site being legitimate and not being any part of the scam but we will soon see

You will see other examples of the same scam Here

Edited to add after a little checking, the site is legitimate, the job offer is not and the people trying to scam you are in no way part of the company mentioned

The website is legit.

DFS are a major furniture retailer in the UK. If they were wanting to go into business in other countres, they would have the banking capabilities to do this. They would not need individuals to cash cheques on their behalf.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
