This is a Mystery Shopper Scam. You will be be asked to provide a mystery shopper service on a money transfer agency. The mystery shopping will involve sending a sum of money (in the '000s) and commenting on the quality of the service. You will either be sent a fake cheque to cover the amount that you are to transfer, or you will be told that you will be reimbursed on completion of the job. Either way it is a scam and you will lose the money that you sent.

This email is being spammed to people looking for jobs on CraigsList. It was received in the email account of an 'Argentinian girl looking of an Au Pair job in London', so they are obviously just blindly emailing anyone.
