Welcome to Scamwarners skel313.

Undoubtedly they are correct. However it would be interesting to know whether or not they allow those who purport to be employers, and who pay for access to your CV, also get supplied with your direct contact details.

Financial Support Agent, Financial Services Officer. Lad math...

Could you post the email address it came from and, if you have it, the website that the scammers are using to pretend to be a business?

This job is money laundering. Did he refer to any website? Did he ever get around to sending an email from a domain other than a free email domain?

The above web site was set up for the sole purpose of directing web traffic to another website where you will be asked to pay for a background check.

A legitimate employer will do his own background check as part of the hiring process.

It is ALWAYS a scam

Website claims to be well known to employers, since 2001. In fact, the owner prefers to remain unknown, paying extra to godaddy for hiding his registration information. There is no information I can find that says what country the owner of that site is in, let alone a street address or phone number.

FST Recruitment has been helping employers throughout North America recruit and hire local talent quickly, easily, and cost effectively since 2001. We offer the same technical advantages as major employment service companies, but at a fraction of the cost of other recruiting and candidate screening services.

So how does the fst recruitment scam work? I DID get scammed apparently. I did conduct a US Search on myself, for about $21, and they kindly refunded the money. Is the scam that I filled in a lot of personal information in the application? Is that what they gain? The only money I spent was refunded.
