In the process of being reported for fraud

I have been offered a job working from home as a Payment Processing agent (see below), maybe i shouldn't accept it though. it is a professional email with links to the website and lots of other IT jobs on the website as well , FAQs etc although the English isn't quite there!
pity really i could do with the money
