The Grand Royale have very high standards and do not recruit people they have never met through a face to face interview.
The telephone number does not belong to the hotel. It is an anonymous redirect number.

The offer of employment is a scam that will ask for an upfront fee for accommodation or direct you to pay a fee for a working visa that does not exist.
The real hotel do not ask for fees in advance of employment.

If you do not have a Foreign affairs certificate you would need to process it before coming to the UK and it can also be processed for you by the UKBA office. Just specify to them that you do not have a foreign affairs certificate and they will give you details on how it can be processed for you and how much it will cost.
As for the A.R.F fees is dependent on the accommodation type chosen by you and there are three(3) different packages of accommodation we have at the Grand Royale hotel housing estate and the A.R.F fees are stated in the contract letter that was sent to you, all you have to do is pick your preferred choice, circle it as you are signing the contract letter and we will provide you with details to make the payment so it can be registered and ready for you before your arrival to the UK.
your flight ticket will be booked for two(2) days to your resumption date and will be couriered to you along with your A.R.F certificate and your foreign affairs certificate.

• Employees are entitled to 3 square meals everyday and also expected to reside at

the Grand Royale London Hotel for a period of one (1) year, whereby the hotel

management would be responsible to take care of the employee’s accommodation and

the only fees which would be required to pay is the A.R.F (Accommodation

Registration Fee). There are three (3) packages which we have available here at the

Grand Royale London Hotel which a new employee can choose from. Below you will

find this accommodation package types and its registration fees. Because you are an EU

Citizen you do not need any documentation except your accommodation registration

number to be able to work here in the UK. You are therefore to circle your choice of

accommodation from the three(3) packages listed below for us to proceed with the

registration immediately before your arrival here at the Grand Royale London Hotel in

the UK.
