Company Representative scams, Payment Processing scams and other Employment scams.

The mail was forwarded to me, so I can't present you headers. There are obvious signs of a scam, for example the +4470 redirect phone number, the free email accounts they use, the fee they ask for... They are using the site http://www.hotelgainsborough.co.uk to try and look legitimate. I've checked out the domain and I believe it to be legitimate. If you ever receive the same mail as below, please stop all communications with these persons.

The emails posted are not necessarily mailed in this particular order.

Every Gainsborough Hotel Worker Ensure and maintain the security of information relating to customers and personnel in the hotel. Maintain a high standard of personal appearances, grooming and hygiene in accordance with the hotel policy.

When dealing with other departments, ensure you use respect and the right channel when advising or requesting items / services for guests.. Ensure that you attend all Communications meetings and scheduled Training Sessions. Work together as a team in Communications and ensure you treat all Team members with equal respect. Be fully conversant with all facilities and services provided within the hotel to provide our guest with fast and efficient Hygenic Service.

Be constantly aware of any up-selling and promoting opportunities when they arise. Be fully trained, knowledgeable and confident about our product and services and ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times. Maintain an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel to maximise room sales and revenue for the hotel. Maximisation of sales and revenue for the hotel by maintaining a sales and service oriented attitude at all times. Promote in house revenue outlets on a consistent basis when receiving guest enquiries. Ensure the complete knowledge of all property management systems to be used in the Communications department to provide better and faster service to our guest and therefore ensure an increase in guest satisfaction ratings.

Effect the fast and efficient monitoring and follow up of guest requests by consistently logging all incoming request in the Software System and ensuring that the Communications Runners have all the necessary information to serve the guest in a professional and cost effective manner. Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local area to be able to assist with any guest-related request and enquiries that will be managed by the Hmagic department. Ensure the Communications Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from customers, team members or other departments to improve Communications with our guest and throughout the entire organisation. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to Miltie task, be organised and have a passion for customer service with an eye for detail.

UK IMMIGRATION INFORMATION
Every Applicant is entitiled to make a payment of 196 Great British Pounds for his/her Working Visa Fee but the Gainsborough Hotel Management will make a discount of 96 Great British Pounds for an Applicant so every Applicant will have to make payment of 100 Great British Pounds for the Processment of His/Her Working Visa.

After the Visa Fee payment of an Applicant is confirmed by the UK IMMIGRATION here in London, The Immigration Officer will send the Employment Original Documents to the Applicant via British Courier Service which the Applicant will use to obtain His/Her Working Visa Stamping at the UK HIGH COMMISSION in his/her country.
