We found out where the scammer really is. He's in Togliatti, Samara, Russia. (Also spelled Tolyatti, this Russian city was named for an Italian.)

Hello, I just want to post an update about myself. It's been two years since I was first in contact with these scammers, but since then I have recently found a job working at a school. The wait was long, but it was worth it. I'm so happy to finally find some legit employment and not have to deal with anyone like those guys. Hopefully the people in the this have found a good job as well and realize they don't have to deal with scammers looking to prey on people looking for honest work.
