Mail Clerk

This is a full-time home based position available only for applicants from the United States. The mail is to be accepted at your home address and reshipped to overseas addresses provided by our clients. The actual workload will not exceed 3 hours per day.

DUTIES:
Checks e-mail and online account for any incoming orders.
Processes shipments in a timely manner.
Inspects and photographs goods.
Prints and assigns prepaid shipping labels.
Delivers mail to the nearest post offices.
Submits reports electronically to the filing system.
Provides information continuously to the supervisor by phone and e-mail.

REQUIREMENTS:
A “can-do” customer-oriented approach.
Ability to meet deadlines while working independently.
General understanding of how postal services work.
Stays at home from 9am to 5pm on business days (Monday to Friday).
Ability to move up to 30 lbs.
A vehicle for transportation.
A printer and the simplest digital camera.

COMPENSATION:
Base: $24,000 annually payable monthly.
