The phone numbers (ALL +4470 numbers are 'redirect to anywhere' numbers - usually to a mobile in West Africa} - & a presitgious hotel group (like 'The Sheraton') would NEVER use a free web mail email address! plus the poor English grammar all point to it being a scam!
