And here are mr Woodgate's Terms and Conditions. Please note that he's willing to give out a maximum loan of $ 100.000.000.000 (a hundred billion dollars). The man must have some serious cash. I asked for a mere 5000, though.

COMPANY LOAN TERMS, CALCULATIONS AND CONDITIONS.

We agree to lend and you agree to repay the amount of the Loan and interest on the terms of this Loan Agreement and by the instalments and on the dates as shown overleaf. Where the payment date is shown as 31st of each month, if there is no such date in a particular month the payment will be the last day of that month. The amount of the loan will be debited to your Loan Account. We do not accept part or lump sum payments unless it is in accordance with your right to settle the loan early in accordance with the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

2. DEFAULT

We may, after giving you reasonable notice, demand immediate repayment of the Loan, together with any other sums payable by you under this Loan terms and terminate the Loan Agreement, in any of the following events;

You fail to repay any instalment within one month of it falling due.
You fail to keep to any other terms of the fund Agreement.
You have given false information when applying for this fund.
Your bankruptcy.

3. JOINT ACCOUNT

If two or more people are named as the Customer, the liability of each shall be joint and several. This means that each of you is fully responsible for all the obligations set out in this Loan Agreement.

REPAYMENT/DEFERMENT:

Your first principal and interest payments become due 12 months after you receive this loan funds. Any unpaid interest accrued during this period will be capitalized before you commence repayment. Repayment terms varies between 1 and 45 years, depending on the cumulative amount borrowed; minimum monthly payment allowed is €100.00. There are no penalties for early repayment.

SECURITY:

Any security held now or at any future time shall be secured for all liabilities. All legal charges and other costs associated with the completion of the Bank's security requirements, shall be taken care of in accordance.

NOTE. Your application can be processed for this amount in your company name or individual name as the case maybe. if you are in agreement with the company loan terms and conditions get back to the company to sign the loan agreement deed for your loan amount.
