As you probably know we are issuers of SBLC for loan purposes.

We have issued over 100 in the last year. Our SBLC value range is $3m to 50m and you can select the issuing bank from the top ten. These can be used for securing finance with local banks.

Normal terms and conditions apply, the purpose of the loan you are getting from the local bank must be clear.

For those of you unfamiliar with SBLC funding, please ignore the brokers talking about monetizes....have you ever seen that work? No, of course not! To use an SBLC you must have a lender and the SBLC is issued to the lender to support your borrowings.

If you or your clients want a 500m sblc and says they will pay the fees upon receipt. Imagine that! Apart from the illegality of attempting to mortgage a security you have no fiduciary interest, why would we take the risk?

And often, applicants need to have their applications supplemented by accountant’s reports, valuations, security qualifications etc. If the application is prepared professionally to bank standards then it will probably pass our underwriters.

If you are serious about getting SBLC support for your loan from your bank, we are RWA to assist.
