Hello, I would like to say that I am in a scam. This is with a loan company called morefinancial. I got accepted for a loan application and they asked for a booking fee of £69.50. In which I said I have not got that amount of money and asked permission if I could pay a week later (23 Dec). They said that would be ok. I gave my card details as they asked and they said would not use it until I rang them on the 23rd, well they were wrong, they took £69.50. Out of my account in which I have money in there. I am absolutely furious with them. I am very upset. I rang them up and got told to ring their customer services dept, well I rang and rang, even left them a voicemail message to ring me back. I spent more on my mobile phone ringing them. I then rang morefinancial back today and explained to them that I want my money back, however it seems that it went in one ear and out the other. They said they feel for me but just keep ringing the customer services dept. At this point I was losing it, I even rang my bank to see what they could do, but they tried to be understanding but they just said try and ring morefinancial and get your money. I really feel so depressed, upset, I don't know what to do next. I just wish someone could help me, I feel scammed, played hook line and sinker. I feel a little better now that I know that there is a scam on this company and a few people are also not happy with morefinancial. I hope morefinancial get their comeuppance.
