There is a genuine Crystal Financial company, which does offer loans, but this scam mail has no connection to that company, and the genuine company does not use a @service.com or a @gmail.com address.
The scammer who sent this has no loan to offer. Nobody who responds to this or similar emails will ever receive a loan.
