Thank you so much for this post!!!! I had the same thing happen to me just now and I would be $500 in the hole if it weren't for finding this page!! I posted a want add on kijiji for a puppy and this was the result.....

I don't have family that could have brought me the puppy in either case, however it was mentioned in the first email......This bitch was so good that I actually felt bad for her at first, then I thought.....who gives out the fact that their 10 year old just died to a perfect stranger when you are trying to "give away" a puppy.
I hope someone finds a way to catch this person. My last message to them was a link to this thread
