A list of Pet scammers

I've recently been trying to purchase a dog through online advertising hoping to find someone in my area and have had numerous people try to trick me into buying their so called dogs. Many of these people have come up with sob stories and have offered their dog for free - only to refuse a simple task to prove their legitimacy.
Every person I have been contacted by I have asked them to simply take a piece of paper and write my name on it, then take a picture of the paper besides the puppy they are selling.
People who have failed to do so have told me they do not know how to do so, that they don't have a camera or have become offended.
I have also did a quick search on their emails and numbers and have found that they have a history of scamming people. So I decided to make a quick list in hopes to expose them and help other people who have been contacted by them.

sorry for too many questions just that I will really like to know the
kind of home my babies will be going to ok. Please these puppies are
very precious and we must be very conscious handing them out to any

I wish i knew all this info before i responded to an add in a paper.

I had just lost my yorkie 6 months before that at the age of 15. Well I'm a young 62 year old woman who lives alone and all my friends have passed away so I'm very lonely and i always loved to walk but since Emma passed away i just stopped walking or caring.

I've never in my whole life gone thru so much bull trying to get a dog!!! I'm so heartbroken!!!
