OUR PROCEDURE
STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE

You visit our website, On list of Available pups, click Send Inquiry link , you will be directed to our contact Page , were you will be indicated which information is required to be submitted.

Once we receive your inquiry, an agent will contact you with 6 hours Max, along More details about the puppy choosen , possible more pictures of the puppy as well.

Once you get back with a reply to our email alongside agree to our terms and condition , another email will be forwarded with payment guides and once funds have been deposited, you will choose one of the following days for your pet to be shipping , Because our free shipping coupons are valid as follows, Monday , Wednesday or Friday (You may indicate which day suites you best).

Once everything is in order and flight is booked, we shall provide you the full flight itenery details containing -Flight tracking number, date and time of departure and arrival as well as all info you will require to pickup the puppy upon arrival

Within 5 hours of takeoff, our staff will place a follow-up call to confirm that your pet arrived safely and that you have taken possession of your pet.

As a matter of routine, Don't forget to take your puppy to your veterinarian for the regular arrival-health-check-up within 48 hours of arrival.

We got the below complain from the Vet department .

After reviewing our inventory of young tender animals to be shipped, a few have been marked by authorities concerned animal aviation safety as priority shipments and your puppy are among which means it MUST be shipped as priority package with special requirements.
At the moment the authorities concerned are insisting the puppies must be fully insured, that is Life & Travelinsurance and also have a state authorized Ownership Transfer Document legalizing the purchase/sale of this Puppies and officiating you as the new owner of this exotic species.
More so, the age of the puppy is not permit them to be shipped without these documents.

Pertaining to the above mentioned points, we will like to bring the following to your attention:- According with the international aviation Commission's rules and regulations on pet transportation, such animals are not allowed to be shipped by air or land without proper measures, travel insurance being the number one priority.
Special laws governing animal aviation and safety also requires insurance due to transportation liabilities, complains and various shipment hazards. So all animals considered fragile, young or requiring special attention especially when traveling out of state shall be considered liable till insured accordingly.
The payment of an insurance policy is required which shall cover all risk, including but not limited to health, life, stress etc...

Being urgent and of great need, we pledge the free services of our attorneys for the processing of these papers in all urgency, but that notwithstanding, a refundable sum of $1599USD) is required for the Life/Travel insurance and the ownership transfer document as well.

It is our decision out of concern that it’s an unexpected situation, to put this sum under our refundable plan which is the best we can do to help else we won’t be able to help at all and the Puppy won’t be shipped.

We have not taken possession of the puppies. We are now feeling like we are involved in a scam through the breeder and the shipping service. If we do not get delivery of puppies "registered" in our names, then we will take the appropriate action.
