This company is definitely a scam company that is in cohoits with Springwater Pet Courier. International. They are operating out of the Williamsburg/Richmond area..Recird Pomeranians have beautiful puppies on their website. These pictures are taken from another website. Record Pomeranians want you to send money via Western Union and they claim that they have free shipping because their carrier (Springwater) have given them several free shipments. You send the money and then domeone from Springwater sends you an email and then call you. They courier then asks for money to send the puppy in a climate controlled carrier and asks you to send the money Western Union. Then they turn around and says you need pet insurance that is some outragious cost. Hence you never get your pet and your money is gone. They will carry on conversations as if they are trying to help you but its all part of their scam.
