1. Make your purchase directly on the site, Please check carefully the photos and videos on our website before deciding on a puppy. Because every purchase is final!

You make your payment By: Bank Transfer, Credit Card Or Western Union and you have the option of paying a $1000 deposit to reserve the puppy 7 days, or you can pay the whole amount.

Once you have decided when you want the puppy, You must tell us the nearest international airport to pick up your puppy,

, what the person’s name is (who is going to be collecting the puppy) as their ID – otherwise they won’t get the dog – and their contact number and the address – it can be your address or the person-who-is-collecting-the-puppy’s address. The airline just demands that there is an address with the puppy. You can have an assistant pick up the dog but that assistant’s name is the one I need to have for the airline.

3. To reserve a puppy, by Credit Card :
Make your purchase on the website
- Select the option: DEPOSIT
- Selected payment by: CREDIT CARD
- submit an amount of $ 1,000 ($ 1,000 will be deducted from your final payment) and submit all payments after booking is finalized.
(Customers can submit all payments at once).

4. To reserve a puppy, by BANK TRANSFER Or Western Union:

- Select the option: DEPOSIT
- Selected payment by: OFFLINE PAYMENT

5. After all payments are finalized, the process will take 5 ~ 10 working days to receive your puppy. NO PUPPY TO SEND WITHOUT THE PAIEMT TOTAL!

Once all the price is paid, the puppy will be taken to our veterinarian and have her health certificate, and when she is ready to go about 300 grams then we book the flights in order to you sent her.

6. The client can contact us to get help after receiving his puppy.

We are always happy to hear from a new owner!



7. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Make sure to add the puppy as a family member before you make your purchase and make the commitment.

Deposit is good for 1 week to reserve the initial puppy. After 1 week, the puppy is no longer reserved, if not paid in full.

Even with the purchase of full price, $ 1,000 of the purchase price is considered a deposit and is not refundable.

​If you want to reserve your puppy more than 7 days, please contact us and in this case we will ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the price of the puppy, so you can reserve it for longer.

8. Shipping Condition

Some airlines will not take live animals in certain weather conditions, there is nothing we can do about that. The puppy is not at 300 grams, there is nothing we can do about that. So we do our best to give you an idea of when you will receive your puppy.

But again, it is a live animal and it needs to be understood that you might not get it on your birthday. If you really need it on the day of your birthday you should probably order way in advance, but if your birthday is on Friday, We probably can’t guarantee that we can get you the dog. However we have delivered dogs within 7 days, even as short as 4, but it is not something that we can promise. You as a buyer need to understand that we do not have a cancellation policy and, after the payment is made, that payment is not refundable.

9: CONTRACT

​A contract will be sent to you when you purchase, that you will need signed and sent it by email.
So the contract will validate your agreement on our warranty and condition, if the contract did not return it means that you refused our guarantee and condition so your order will be immediately canceled.
It is therefore important to return the signed contract, within 24 hours after your purchase.
