It is ALWAYS a scam
If the pet seller or shipper asks for money to be sent via Western Union, Money Gram, any brand of gift card. Walmart To Walmart , Zelle , PayPal friends and family option, or mentions Cameroon

And the cashier certified name (who would receive the money) Jack Rockwell address:250 Aero dr. Waynesboro,Vs. 22980 [email protected]
I like to get my money back! $1,410 can someone help me? Please
