Hello, my name is Martina Alba. My love for Golden Retrievers led me
on a Quest to give everyone an opportunity to experience the “golden” love.I had a dream. What if there was a way to take a Golden Retriever with all the beauty, loyalty,intelligence and love and make it smaller? What if everybody could enjoy the Golden Retriever?What if it was a comfortable sized dog? So the dream of the “Golden Gate Retriever” began.They are smaller versions of the Golden Retriever with a stronger
genetic background to ensure the health and longevity of puppies. Commonly referred to as a Miniature Golden Retrievers, they have all the beauty, loyalty and love of a full size dog but wrapped in smaller package. The added benefits of the Golden Gate Retrievers® over a Golden Retriever are increased intelligence,decreased shedding, hypoallergenic and increased longevity. The Golden Gate Retriever® range in size from 25 – 50 pounds and come in a variety of coat shades from white to mahogany red. The Golden Gate Retriever® is stunning in size and character and is a show stopper in looks. It iscommon that people think our adult dogs are puppies, so they are often referred to as a“permanent puppies” or “permapuppies.” The mini retriever is easily trained, kid friendly and is naturally a great family dog.When I started with my breeding program, I quickly discovered that the breeding prospects were not tested enough and the available dogs to start my program did not
meet my testing requirements for producing a healthy and sound puppy. I set about to change that immediately. I bred and raised my own foundation lines, did extensive DNA testing,cleared hips, eyes, elbow,knees and temperament tested the dogs. I kept only the best to breed
and started my line of Golden Gate Retrievers®. This process took several years, but the attention to quality has produced a genetically sound, healthy, well-tempered puppy for you to enjoy for years to come.Our puppies are socialized early and are well adjusted to all types of
families and situations. We have had many puppies go into service dog training and on to assist people with special needs.Our breeding program is completed with the use of our Golden Retrievers, Golden Gate Retriever®. All of our dogs are carefully tested before they are bred. Our pups are amazingly healthy and sound. Our Golden Retrievers also come in a wide variety of coat shades, from white to the deepest mahogany red, and range in size from 10 pounds (our mini) to 40 pounds. Our Accomplishments
We believe that well-bred pups can achieve amazing things when given
the opportunity. Our dogs have participated in search and rescue, agility, obedience,conformation, and in Junior handling.We have to many accomplishments to list. A few of them are:Golden Gate Retriever Quest® believes in community service. We frequently donate dogs as service dogs. Our dogs serve the physically handicapped, the blind,the deaf, and are social service dogs. Our service dogs are serving as school, nursing home,
and calming dogs for persons with anxiety disorders. We have an autistic-calming dog and a seizure-alert dog. One donated dog was to be used in research to see if a dog could be trained to sniff peanuts to protect its owner from accidental allergy exposure. We have sent dogs to service organizations to be trained by
prisoners, which gives the community well trained service dogs.This program has been the most effective of all programs ever produced in lowering the rate of
recidivism, so our dogs are serving a dual purpose.Our first donated dog was Kansas Dog of the Year. Many service dog organizations have contacted us for either service dogs or dogs to add to their breeding program. We imprint each puppy daily by touching and handling. It doesn’t take long and we are soon rewarded with lots of puppy kisses. It is believed that early Neurological stimulation enhances a puppy’s development.Originally called the “Bio Sensor Program” these exercises were developed by the U.S. Military for their canine training programs to give the dogs a superior advantage in life. There were five benefits observed in canines that were exposed to the stimulation

BREEDER AGREES: Breeder guarantees that puppy has had proper care to date and had been checked by a veterinarian. Puppy has received its first shots and been de-wormed.Shot records will be furnished at the time of purchase. If puppy is being shipped, a copy of the shots & de-worm records will be shipped to the buyer. If within one week of receiving the puppy and he/she is examined by a reputable veterinarian and the health of the puppy is found to be at serious risk due to a
congenital defect (existing at birth),owner shall notify breeder and provide a written statement from a licensed vet describing puppy’s condition and shall return the puppy and papers to the breeder within one week of the examination. Shipping Policy for Golden Gate Retrievers Inc. The USDA has changed the Animal Welfare Act as of November 18 2013 .We are not be able to ship a dog/puppy to you “sight unseen”.The USDA now requires that the seller (Us), buyer (You), and the pup/dog to be physically in the same “location” at some point before the pup/dog can be shipped.While we have always encouraged our clients to come out to meet us,the parents & the puppies we realize that it is not always possible for this to occur. We do have some options in getting your new family member to you.We apologize for any inconvenience that the new regulations create for our families, however in order to stay in compliance with USDA regulations we have had to alter our shipping policies.
Q: What does this mean to me & my new puppy?
A: Golden Gate Retriever can no longer ship a puppy to you (the“buyer) that you have not previously met.
Q: How can I get my puppy shipped to me?
A: These are the conditions in which we can ship a puppy to you according to the new USDA regulation:
1) If you come out to our facility & meet us & the puppy, then we can ship the puppy to you, when they are ready to go home.
2) If someone acts in your behalf as the “buyer” and meets us & the puppy we can ship thepuppy to you. (The USDA allows that the “buyer” & the “ultimate owner”are not necessarily the same person).
3) If a representative for Golden Gate Retrievers flies with the puppy to your home city, we can meet you any where as long as the “buyer”, “seller” & and “animal” are all in the same place at the same time, it fulfills the new regulations requirement for “face to face” sale.
Q: Are there other options for getting my puppy home?
A: Yes. You can fly out and we can meet you at a local airport &deliver the puppy for you to takehome with you. Contact your airlines for rules & regulations on taking a puppy on the plane as“carry on”. We encourage you to come out & meet with us here & take your new baby home with you.
Q: What is the average cost of Delivery?
A: This cost depends in airfare, time it will take for the entire trip to be completed, car rental costs and if a training session is required. Average cost of “Door to Door”
Q: How does payment work?
A: All Costs for Puppy/dog, training and shipping/delivery is due before the pup can leave the facility. You can mail a personal check we also accept Credit Cards.We have started a new program to for our clients that still wish to purchase a Golden Gate Retrievers dog but are unable to come out to us. We are calling it our“Door to Door” service. For those clients who wish it, we will provide all transportation services from our facility to your home.We will drive or fly the puppy to you and deliver the puppy directly to you & your family. This is a great option especially for our kids in the training program. It allows a trainer to meet with you,show all the verbal & visual commands and answer any questions you have on training.Ask us about this option, the cost will vary depending on the destination.

The Beagle is a small hound, bred for its scenting ability and was meant to be followed on foot by the Huntsman. They have been used successfully for obedience trials and they are an ideal companion in the woods and fields. It is a hunting dog bred to hunt in packs and is therefore a dog of even temperament. It is one of the best dogs available for a family to love. They are extremely tolerant and love everyone. They are gentle, sweet, loyal and affectionate. Beagles get along with other pets of various species, not an aggressive watchdog but will give warning when strangers approach if praised for this behavior, otherwise they will accept visitors with a sniff. The Beagle will play with the kids, make a skilled hunter and sit at their owner’s feet in quiet times. The male is as friendly, mild and easy to live with as the female. 1. Purchaser must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three (5) business days of arrival.
2. Seller must be informed immediately of the initial veterinarian examination (as stated in clause 1.) results by email or fax. Failure to do so will render this guarantee null and void.
3. If the initial examination (as stated in clause 1.) indicates that at the time of sale, the puppy was unfit for purchase due to illness, disease, or congenital disorder, purchaser must return the puppy to MAUIEXPO KENNEL for an exchange of equivalent value. Shipping costs are the responsibility of purchaser.
4. Seller guarantees the puppy against fatal viruses for seventy-two (72) hours after arrival. These include distemper, Parvo, and Corona Virus.
5. The puppy is guaranteed until one (2) years of age against fatal and life-altering congenital and genetic diseases, Except what is to be normal and part of the English Bulldog breed : Cherry Eye, Entropion, “loose hips”, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, and small trachea. , we will guarantee kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe and life-threatening or life-altering nature. Certain disorders resultant from environmental factors, including skin allergies, thyroid dysfunction, Demodex mange, and other autoimmune disorders, are not covered by thishealth guarantee.
If the dog dies during the time frame of this guarantee, purchaser agrees to have a necropsy performed to ascertain the cause of death. If the cause of death is determined by a veterinarian to be genetic or congenital, seller will replace the puppy. Shipping costs are the responsibility of purchaser.
6. Seller must be notified of any health issues covered by this guarantee within two (2) business days following a licensed veterinarian’s determination. Purchaser shall provide two (2) separate diagnoses from two (2) different veterinarians stating the same conclusion. If the problem is covered by this guarantee, seller shall provide a replacement puppy of equal value. 7. This guarantee does not cover health occurrences such as intestinal parasites (Coccidiosis, Giardia, Tapeworms, Hookworms, Roundworms or Ringworms) Kennel Cough, Pneumonia, Ear Mites, Fleas, Ticks, Skin Mites, Mange (Sarcoptic, Demodectic or Cheyletiella), Cherry Eye, Allergies, Herniations (Inguinal, Perineal, or Diaphragmatic), Heart Murmur grades I, II or III, Patella Luxation grades I, II or III. This guarantee does not cover any Veterinarian costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes. Kennel Cough is self limiting and, like the common cold, must run its course. Full recovery is expected, and Kennel Cough alone it is not life-threatening.
8. No replacement or money will be returned if the dog is diagnosed with hip dysplasia and if the dog is overweight or over exercised. Buyer should become prepared to deal with the complex health issues and food matters of English bulldogs.
9. Seller shall not be held responsible for veterinarian fees or costs. Purchaser is aware that owning and puppy requires trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.
10. There is no Health guarantee or warranty that the purchaser will be able to show or breed the puppy, regardless of the show or breeding potential or lineage, I do not sell my puppies for breeding or showing purposes pet only.
11. Purchaser will keep the puppy current on all vet care, including shots, D-worming, and heart worm tests and medication. Purchaser agrees to feed the puppy with premium dog food and not allow the puppy to become obese. Purchaser also agrees to take optimal care of the puppy, which includes providing proper exercise, up-keeping dental, coat, and other hygiene, feeding and watering on a daily basis, providing a dry outdoor shelter, and providing adequate mental stimulation.
Seller advises that it is a good idea to keep the new puppy separate from other dogs in the family until a veterinarian has given a him or her a clean bill of health.
12. Most of our puppies are either ACCC, CKC, UKC or FCI registered, the paper work could take from 8 weeks to six months on delivery; we don’t have any limited registrations in our contract, please note that our puppies are not sold for breeding or showing purposes, just as a family pet.
13. In the event of any litigation in connection with this guarantee, purchaser shall be responsible for legal fees incurred by seller.
This contract is valid only for original purchaser and puppy, and is not transferable. Registration papers for all registered puppies will be sent by certified mail. If the papers are lost, the purchaser is responsible for obtaining new papers. We will assist by providing copies, if available.

meet my testing requirements for producing a healthy and sound puppy. I set about to change that immediately. I bred and raised my own foundation lines, did extensive DNA testing,cleared hips, eyes, elbow,knees and temperament tested the dogs. I kept only the best to breed
and started my line of Golden Gate Retrievers®. This process took several years, but the attention to quality has produced a genetically sound, healthy, well-tempered puppy for you to enjoy for years to come.Our puppies are socialized early and are well adjusted to all types of
families and situations. We have had many puppies go into service dog training and on to assist people with special needs.Our breeding program is completed with the use of our Golden Retrievers, Golden Gate Retriever®. We believe that well-bred pups can achieve amazing things when given
the opportunity. Our dogs have participated in search and rescue, agility, obedience,conformation, and in Junior handling.We have to many accomplishments to list. A few of them are:Golden Gate Retriever Quest® believes in community service. We frequently donate dogs as service dogs. Our dogs serve the physically handicapped, the blind,the deaf, and are social service dogs. Our service dogs are serving as school, nursing home,
and calming dogs for persons with anxiety disorders. We have an autistic-calming dog and a seizure-alert dog. One donated dog was to be used in research to see if a dog could be trained to sniff peanuts to protect its owner from accidental allergy exposure. We have sent dogs to service organizations to be trained by
prisoners, which gives the community well trained service dogs.This program has been the most effective of all programs ever produced in lowering the rate of
recidivism, so our dogs are serving a dual purpose.Our first donated dog was Kansas Dog of the Year. Many service dog organizations have contacted us for either service dogs or dogs to add to their breeding program. BREEDER AGREES: Breeder guarantees that puppy has had proper care to date and had been checked by a veterinarian. Puppy has received its first shots and been de-wormed.Shot records will be furnished at the time of purchase. If puppy is being shipped, a copy of the shots & de-worm records will be shipped to the buyer. If within one week of receiving the puppy and he/she is examined by a reputable veterinarian and the health of the puppy is found to be at serious risk due to a
congenital defect (existing at birth),owner shall notify breeder and provide a written statement from a licensed vet describing puppy’s condition and shall return the puppy and papers to the breeder within one week of the examination. Shipping Policy for Golden Gate Retrievers Inc. The USDA has changed the Animal Welfare Act as of November 18 2013 .We are not be able to ship a dog/puppy to you “sight unseen”.The USDA now requires that the seller (Us), buyer (You), and the pup/dog to be physically in the same “location” at some point before the pup/dog can be shipped.While we have always encouraged our clients to come out to meet us,the parents & the puppies we realize that it is not always possible for this to occur. We do have some options in getting your new family member to you.We apologize for any inconvenience that the new regulations create for our families, however in order to stay in compliance with USDA regulations we have had to alter our shipping policies.
Q: What does this mean to me & my new puppy?
A: Golden Gate Retriever can no longer ship a puppy to you (the“buyer) that you have not previously met.
Q: How can I get my puppy shipped to me?
A: These are the conditions in which we can ship a puppy to you according to the new USDA regulation:
1) If you come out to our facility & meet us & the puppy, then we can ship the puppy to you, when they are ready to go home.
2) If someone acts in your behalf as the “buyer” and meets us & the puppy we can ship thepuppy to you. (The USDA allows that the “buyer” & the “ultimate owner”are not necessarily the same person).
3) If a representative for Golden Gate Retrievers flies with the puppy to your home city, we can meet you any where as long as the “buyer”, “seller” & and “animal” are all in the same place at the same time, it fulfills the new regulations requirement for “face to face” sale.
Q: Are there other options for getting my puppy home?
A: Yes. You can fly out and we can meet you at a local airport &deliver the puppy for you to takehome with you. Contact your airlines for rules & regulations on taking a puppy on the plane as“carry on”. We encourage you to come out & meet with us here & take your new baby home with you.
Q: What is the average cost of Delivery?
A: This cost depends in airfare, time it will take for the entire trip to be completed, car rental costs and if a training session is required. Average cost of “Door to Door”
Q: How does payment work?
A: All Costs for Puppy/dog, training and shipping/delivery is due before the pup can leave the facility. You can mail a personal check we also accept Credit Cards.We have started a new program to for our clients that still wish to purchase a Golden Gate Retrievers dog but are unable to come out to us. We are calling it our“Door to Door” service. For those clients who wish it, we will provide all transportation services from our facility to your home.We will drive or fly the puppy to you and deliver the puppy directly to you & your family. This is a great option especially for our kids in the training program. It allows a trainer to meet with you,show all the verbal & visual commands and answer any questions you have on training.Ask us about this option, the cost will vary depending on the destination.

The Beagle is a small hound, bred for its scenting ability and was meant to be followed on foot by the Huntsman. 1. Purchaser must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three (5) business days of arrival.
2. Seller must be informed immediately of the initial veterinarian examination (as stated in clause 1.) results by email or fax. Failure to do so will render this guarantee null and void.
3. If the initial examination (as stated in clause 1.) indicates that at the time of sale, the puppy was unfit for purchase due to illness, disease, or congenital disorder, purchaser must return the puppy to MAUIEXPO KENNEL for an exchange of equivalent value. Shipping costs are the responsibility of purchaser.
4. Seller guarantees the puppy against fatal viruses for seventy-two (72) hours after arrival. These include distemper, Parvo, and Corona Virus.
5. The puppy is guaranteed until one (2) years of age against fatal and life-altering congenital and genetic diseases, Except what is to be normal and part of the English Bulldog breed : Cherry Eye, Entropion, “loose hips”, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, and small trachea. , we will guarantee kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe and life-threatening or life-altering nature. Certain disorders resultant from environmental factors, including skin allergies, thyroid dysfunction, Demodex mange, and other autoimmune disorders, are not covered by thishealth guarantee.
If the dog dies during the time frame of this guarantee, purchaser agrees to have a necropsy performed to ascertain the cause of death. If the cause of death is determined by a veterinarian to be genetic or congenital, seller will replace the puppy. Shipping costs are the responsibility of purchaser.
6. Seller must be notified of any health issues covered by this guarantee within two (2) business days following a licensed veterinarian’s determination. Purchaser shall provide two (2) separate diagnoses from two (2) different veterinarians stating the same conclusion. If the problem is covered by this guarantee, seller shall provide a replacement puppy of equal value. 7. This guarantee does not cover health occurrences such as intestinal parasites (Coccidiosis, Giardia, Tapeworms, Hookworms, Roundworms or Ringworms) Kennel Cough, Pneumonia, Ear Mites, Fleas, Ticks, Skin Mites, Mange (Sarcoptic, Demodectic or Cheyletiella), Cherry Eye, Allergies, Herniations (Inguinal, Perineal, or Diaphragmatic), Heart Murmur grades I, II or III, Patella Luxation grades I, II or III. This guarantee does not cover any Veterinarian costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes. Kennel Cough is self limiting and, like the common cold, must run its course. Full recovery is expected, and Kennel Cough alone it is not life-threatening.
8. No replacement or money will be returned if the dog is diagnosed with hip dysplasia and if the dog is overweight or over exercised. Buyer should become prepared to deal with the complex health issues and food matters of English bulldogs.
9. Seller shall not be held responsible for veterinarian fees or costs. Purchaser is aware that owning and puppy requires trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.
10. There is no Health guarantee or warranty that the purchaser will be able to show or breed the puppy, regardless of the show or breeding potential or lineage, I do not sell my puppies for breeding or showing purposes pet only.
11. Purchaser will keep the puppy current on all vet care, including shots, D-worming, and heart worm tests and medication. Purchaser agrees to feed the puppy with premium dog food and not allow the puppy to become obese. Purchaser also agrees to take optimal care of the puppy, which includes providing proper exercise, up-keeping dental, coat, and other hygiene, feeding and watering on a daily basis, providing a dry outdoor shelter, and providing adequate mental stimulation.
Seller advises that it is a good idea to keep the new puppy separate from other dogs in the family until a veterinarian has given a him or her a clean bill of health.
12. Most of our puppies are either ACCC, CKC, UKC or FCI registered, the paper work could take from 8 weeks to six months on delivery; we don’t have any limited registrations in our contract, please note that our puppies are not sold for breeding or showing purposes, just as a family pet.
13. In the event of any litigation in connection with this guarantee, purchaser shall be responsible for legal fees incurred by seller.
This contract is valid only for original purchaser and puppy, and is not transferable. Registration papers for all registered puppies will be sent by certified mail. If the papers are lost, the purchaser is responsible for obtaining new papers. We will assist by providing copies, if available.
