Health Guarantee
All puppies purchased come with a health guarantee. Within 10 days of purchasing your new puppy, you must take him/her to a licensed veterinarian for an examination. If the veterinarian determines, within 10 days of purchase, that your dog is clinically ill or has died from an injury sustained or illness likely to have been contracted on or before the date of sale and delivery, you have the following options:
– Return the dog for a complete refund
– Return the dog for a replacement dog of equal value
– Retain the dog and receive reimbursement for reasonable veterinary fees, not exceeding the purchase price
These options do not apply where a seller, who has provided a health certificate issued by a veterinarian, discloses in writing at the time of sale the health problem for which the buyer later seeks to return the dog. If, within 30 days of purchase, a licensed veterinarian determines that your dog has a congenital or hereditary defect which adversely affects the animal’s health or that your dog died from a congenital or hereditary defect, you have the same option as outlined above. You must notify the seller of the examining veterinarian’s name, address & phone number within 2 days of the vet’s certification of your dog’s illness. Failure to notify the seller within 2 business days will result in forfeiture of rights.
By purchasing a puppy from us, you agree to the following:
1. The puppy will be taken to the vet promptly. You should make sure that he/she is healthy and doesn’t need a vet’s attention. We request that this initial visit be within 48 hours of the puppy’s arrival. This is to ensure that there aren’t problems that have arisen from shipping, and also so that your veterinarian is familiar with your puppy if a situation arises.
2. We are not responsible for a puppy’s exposure to diseases after they have left our possession. You should be careful where you take your puppy and who handles it as well. The puppy should not be exposed to previously infested disease areas or to places where a high level of exposure to diseases is possible. Treat him/her as if she is a newborn baby.
3. Validation of the guarantee requires examination of your puppy by the vet of your choice and at your expense within 48 hours of its arrival. This examination is expected to confirm that your dog was healthy upon arrival. If the puppy is showing any sign of illness, it should be taken to the vet immediately.
4. Your puppy, if shipped, has been through a vet check and has received a health certificate. He/she has been through at least his first shots and usually a series of shots before he/she has been delivered to you. He has also been de-wormed, but this does not mean that he is free of worms because young animals are especially susceptible to worms, are exposed every time they touch the ground, and worming is an ongoing process that will need to be continued once the puppy is in your care. Your puppy will also need follow up shots. It is very important that you follow up with shots and de-worming.
5. If the puppy has a vet diagnosed, congenital or hereditary defect, that is a life-threatening condition, bring the breeder a vet signed statement of the defect, and it will be replaced with the first available puppy with the same value as soon as possible. The original puppy must be returned before a new puppy can be delivered.
6. The breeder is not responsible for any veterinarian bills that the purchaser may incur regarding the purchased puppy.
7. This guarantee is null and void if the puppy is sold to a third party, and if normal precautions aren’t taken.
8. Especially with smaller breeds of puppies, there is always a chance that stress will cause the puppy’s sugar to drop to dangerous levels. It is the responsibility of the new owner to be very observant regarding the puppy’s sugar level, to be aware of action that needs to be taken if this condition does occur. The new owner should be cautious to make sure that this condition doesn’t affect the puppy, and the breeder cannot be responsible for issues that are a result of neglect of this condition.
9. The new owner is aware of past medical history of this puppy and accepts it. The new owner is responsible for obtaining veterinary advice when needed, and for paying for those services. From the time the puppy leaves the possession of the breeder, the purchaser assumes all responsibility of vet bills, and for the care of said puppy. If for any reason the puppy dies, the breeder has the right to demand and order an autopsy on the dog at the purchaser’s expense. If the death is the breeder’s fault which is found as a result of original lab results from a licensed veterinarian, the puppy will be replaced by the breeder.
10. If a puppy is to be replaced, the breeder will provide a healthy puppy of the same quality as the previous puppy as soon as one is available. The new owner will be responsible for all shipping charges for the first puppy to be returned to the breeder and for the charges for the second puppy to be shipped to them as well. If the purchaser chooses not to accept a replacement puppy, the health guarantee is null and void.
11. We work closely with our vets to ensure the health of our puppies. They have been administered all of the shots and de-wormings that are indicated on our shot records. Our shots are administered by the breeder under the vet recommended immunization program. We will only indicate the shots that your puppy has had. Please be aware that they have had these shots, and continue to administer shots as recommended by your veterinarian. Giving too many immunizations, and ignoring the immunizations that have been given can also be harmful to your puppy’s health.
12. Our puppies will have a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian before they leave, and will be vet checked. Although we do everything we can to ensure the health of our puppies, our health guarantee does not apply to “kennel cough”, coccidia, diarrhea, collapsed trachea, giardia, open fontanel, or parasites.
***MICRO PUPPIES***
1. Micro size puppies are especially delicate. They require a very high level of care. New teacup puppy owners will need to take extra precautions regarding the feeding and care of the puppies to ensure that the puppy’s sugar is at a healthy level.
2. Because of the delicate nature of a teacup puppy, We take extra care to make sure they are ready to go to their new homes before they leave – sometimes we prefer to keep the puppies until they are 8 weeks old if they will be flying to their new homes.
3. We do guarantee that our teacup puppies are healthy by a licensed veterinarian check and health certificate, and that they are free from known defect before they leave.
4. We also prefer an adult household for most of the puppies of this size.
Procedure
1. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours with gratitude and 100% attention.
2. We answer your questions, provide professional guidance, screen the breeders, select the best puppies of the litter and assure they are healthy and up to our expectations which are not less than yours.
3. Full payment is required prior to shipping. Give yourself at least 2 business days before the expected arrival day to make sure we receive your payment in time to process all required documents and health checks.
4. We book the flight for a Monday, Wednesday or a Friday. Let us know which day is more convenient for you. Once the flight arrangements are made you will be informed and there on wards, you will be able to track your puppy through the shipping agent’s website.
5. We ship puppies as soon as they are allowed to travel depending on the destination country’s regulation. Normally, it is between twelve to seventeen weeks of age. If necessary, we will hold your puppy longer at no cost to you.
6. We sell registered puppies only. All our puppies are registered and come with pedigree/registration paper. In case you wish to transfer it to your local kennel club, please request the export pedigree ($75 ). Give us the name and address you want on the papers.
7. We make sure you are 100% satisfied with your puppy. Therefore, your puppy is thoroughly checked by our licensed veterinarian a day or two before departure – we separate the puppies from their mothers and litter mates as late as possible to prevent separation anxiety and socialization problems. In addition, the official veterinarian at the airport also checks your puppy to ensure that he/she is healthy and fit for the journey. All your puppies documents are attached to crate and sent along with your puppy.
8. Please be waiting for your puppy at the airport at the given time. Usually the puppy is available 2 hours after the flight’s arrival time, and a valid ID such as passport or driver’s license is needed to verify the identity of the receiver. We can equally arrange for home delivery if need be (Usually cost between $30-50 USD) We really appreciate knowing that the pup has arrived safely and at home with you, so please email as soon as you get the chance. Don’t forget to take your puppy to your veterinarian for the regular arrival-health-check-up within 48 hours of arrival.
9. We suggest giving your puppy bottled water and gradually mixing it with tap water, until the puppy gets used to your water. It is also recommended to feed him/her with the same brand that he/she has previously been fed with (A nutritional starter package is set with each puppy which may last for approx. 2 weeks)
10. A follow-up call is placed 24 hours after you have taken possession of your new puppy to ensure everything is perfect, to answer any questions you have, and to measure your satisfaction.

12. The original documents – pedigree, vaccination booklet and guarantee – will be mailed to you within six to eight weeks after your puppy’s arrival.

STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE

II) You visit our website, see all puppies available and use the contact form to let us know the puppy you are interested in.
III) Once we receive your inquiry, an agent will contact you within 24 hours Max. to confirm that your puppy has been put on hold if you wish to purchase at a later date (seven days Max) or provide you your puppy’s lifetime satisfaction guarantee and an invoice if you wish to purchase immediately.
IV) we will within 2 business days of receiving payment, confirm your order, process all required paperwork, have our license veterinarian perform last minute routine checkup on your puppy and book the flight for a Monday, Wednesday or Friday (You may indicate which day suites you best).
V) Once the flight is booked, we will provide you the flight number, date and time of departure and arrival as well as all info you will require to pickup the puppy upon arrival
VI) Within 24 hours of takeoff, our staff will place a follow-up call to confirm that your pet arrived safely and that you have taken possession of your pet.
